1. Add your Google Ads reports

Runs in your browser. Nothing is uploaded, and we never sign in to Google Ads.

    Or paste a report

    Getting the reports

Pick the same date range for each, such as the last 30 days. On each page, use the columns icon to add columns, then download the table as CSV. Any one report is enough to start; each one adds checks.

    • 1 Campaigns: Campaigns page. Keep Status, Cost, Clicks and Conversions, and add Bid strategy type, Search impr. share, Search lost IS (budget) and Search lost IS (rank).
    • 2 Keywords: Keywords page. Add Quality Score, Exp. CTR, Ad relevance and Landing page exp. from the Quality score columns.
    • 3 Search terms: Insights and reports › Search terms, with Cost and Conversions.
    • 4 Ads: Ads page, with Ad strength, Status, Cost and Conversions.

    2. Your targets (optional)

What you can pay for a lead or sale. Without it we use your average.

For online sales. Needs a Conv. value column in the campaigns report.

    3. Settings a report cannot show

Answer what you know. Unanswered questions are left out of the score.

    Tracking

Conversion tracking is set up for your real leads or sales, and recording

In the conversions summary, your main actions show no Unverified, Inactive or Needs attention status.

    Auto-tagging is on

Admin › Account settings › Auto-tagging: "Tag the URL that people click through from my ad" is ticked.

    Enhanced conversions are switched on

They add hashed customer data, such as the email address from your form, to your conversion tags.

    Targeting and settings

    Location option in your campaigns

Campaign settings › Locations › Location options. Presence means people in or regularly in your locations.

You have compared search partner results with Google Search

Search partners are on by default. Segment › Network (with search partners) shows the split.

The Display Network on your Search campaigns is off, or on because you chose it

In a Search campaign's Networks setting this is Display Expansion.

Your ad schedule matches when you can answer calls and enquiries

By default, campaigns show ads all day.

    Keywords, ads and pages

Negative keyword lists are applied to your campaigns

Shared lists for words such as jobs, course or free, made once in the shared library.

Sitelinks, callouts and structured snippets are added

They are listed under Assets in Google Ads.

A call asset is added, and your Business Profile is linked for location assets

Only matters if people call you or visit a shop, clinic or office.

Your landing pages are checked for speed on mobile

    For example with PageSpeed Insights.
