Not tax or legal advice: ask your employer or your CA which receipts and details they need.

Tenant, landlord and home

The tool keeps your own name for next time, not the other person's.

Rent and period

Printed on every receipt. Leave it empty when each month has its own reference.

Up to 12 months at a time, for example one financial year (April to March).

Date each receipt when the rent was paid. A day after the end of a short month moves to that month's last day.

Landlord's PAN

Under the Income-tax Act, 1961, CBDT Circular 1/2017 and Form 12BB ask for the landlord's PAN when the rent for the year is more than ₹1 lakh; a landlord without a PAN signs a declaration instead. The Income-tax Act, 2025 applies from 1 April 2026: ask your employer which form and limit they use now.

More options: number, layout, stamp box, logo

The next receipts count on from it. Leave it empty for no numbers.

Receipts on each A4 page

PNG, JPEG or WebP. Kept in this browser only.

Your own details are kept in this browser until you remove them.

Taking other payments, such as fees or advances? Use the Payment Receipt Maker. To write any amount in lakh and crore, use the Lakh, Crore and Rupee Formatter.
