How to use the AI-Friendly FAQ Generator

Read what the guide says

This is the AI-Friendly FAQ Generator.

It finds missing questions, and helps you write answers AI tools can quote.

Good FAQs answer what buyers ask, in a way AI tools can quote.

That means a direct first sentence, 40 to 60 words, and a specific figure.

Enter a page, a topic, or both.

Here, it's a sample page for a made-up dental clinic. Then press Find questions.

You get a score for the answers on the page, from our checklist.

Here, the page answers 3 questions, and there are 8 more to add.

Then start with Do these 3 things first.

Each answer the page has now is scored, with what to change.

This one is too short and starts with "It".

Start with the subject instead of "It", and add a figure, such as a time frame.

Below are the questions the page is missing, each with an outline to fill in.

Replace the brackets with your own facts.

Press Add to my FAQ to put one in your list.

Write each answer from your own facts. It's scored as you type.

The ticks show what's in place: the length, a direct answer, the subject and a figure.

Then copy the HTML for the page, and the FAQPage schema.

Publish the answers, then check the page again.

You can also email yourself a PDF of the result.

Enter a page to score the questions it already answers, a topic for suggestions only, or both.

About the AI-Friendly FAQ Generator

Good FAQs answer the questions buyers ask in a way AI tools can quote: a direct first sentence, 40 to 60 words, a specific figure. Enter a page or a topic. We score the questions the page already answers, suggest the ones it is missing (cost, time, worth it, how to choose, do it yourself, mistakes, comparisons, local) with an outline for each answer, and give you an editor that scores each answer as you type. Copy the result as HTML and FAQPage structured data.

How it works

  1. Step 1

Enter a page, a topic, or both. With a page we also score the questions it already answers.

  2. Step 2

Pick the suggested questions you can answer and write each answer in the editor, following its outline.

  3. Step 3

When the scores are green, copy the HTML for the page and the FAQPage schema.

What makes an FAQ answer quotable

It answers in the first sentence, stays around 40 to 60 words, names the subject instead of "it", includes a figure such as a price or time frame, and reads well on its own. The editor checks each of these as you type.

Why we do not write the answers

AI answers favour first-hand, specific information: your prices, your timelines, your experience. Generic generated text adds nothing an assistant does not already know. The outlines show what each answer needs; you supply the facts.

FAQ schema today

Google stopped showing FAQ rich results from 7 May 2026, after limiting them to a few government and health sites in 2023, but FAQPage markup still states each question and answer clearly for any system that reads structured data. Only mark up questions that are visible on the page.

Frequently asked questions

Can it write the answers for me?

No. Answers written from your own knowledge and data are what AI tools quote. The outlines and the live score make writing them quick.

How many FAQs should a page have?

Four to eight questions buyers really ask about the page's topic. More is fine on a dedicated FAQ page.

Where do the suggested questions come from?

From the patterns buyers use when asking about a service: cost, time, value, choosing a provider, doing it yourself, benefits, mistakes, comparisons and local providers. Questions the page already answers are left out.

Is my text saved?

The editor runs in your browser, and nothing you write in it is sent to us.
