About the YouTube Video Ideas from Customer Questions
Paste the questions customers ask you, from WhatsApp, Google reviews, Search Console or "People also ask", or upload a WhatsApp chat export. The tool groups questions asked in different words, in English, Hinglish or Hindi, and turns each group into a video idea: a working title within YouTube's 100 characters, whether it suits a long-form explainer or a Short, an opening line, a chapter outline and Shorts you can make from it. It runs in your browser, uses templates rather than AI, and can hide phone numbers and emails.
How it works
-
Step 1
Paste your customers' questions, one per line, or upload a WhatsApp chat export or a Search Console CSV.
-
Step 2
Add your business name and city if you want them in the titles, then select Find video ideas.
-
Step 3
Start with the most-asked idea, put the title and opening line in your own words, and copy the ideas or download them as a CSV.
Why customer questions make good videos
The questions people ask you on WhatsApp or at the counter are often the ones other customers have too. A video that answers one clearly is something you can send the next time it comes up, and it gives viewers what they came for. The tool counts how often each question was asked, so the ideas are in order of demand from your own customers.
Long-form or Short
Our suggestion: quick facts such as cost, timings, location and booking suit a Short, which can be up to 3 minutes in a vertical or square shape. Questions about how something works, safety, results and comparisons need explaining, so they suit a long-form video with chapters. YouTube shows chapters when the description lists at least three timestamps in ascending order, the first at 00:00, each chapter at least 10 seconds long.
What this tool cannot do
It groups questions and words the ideas with fixed templates; it does not write scripts with AI, measure search demand or know what YouTube will recommend. Read every title and opening line and put them in your own words. It cannot tell whether an answer is right, so check health, legal and money advice before you publish.
Frequently asked questions
Where can I find the questions my customers ask?
In your WhatsApp chats (open a chat, choose Export chat and pick Without media), your Google reviews, the queries in Search Console's Performance report, the "People also ask" box on Google for your main services, and notes from calls and visits. Paste them here one per line, in any mix of English, Hinglish and Hindi.
Is my customers' data safe?
The questions stay in your browser and are not uploaded. Phone numbers, emails and links are hidden before the questions are grouped, and in a WhatsApp chat they are always hidden. Enter the name you use in the chat and your own messages are skipped, so only customers' questions count.
Should a question be a Short or a long-form video?
Our suggestion: if the answer is a quick fact, such as a price range, your timings, your address or how to book, make a Short; Shorts can be up to 3 minutes in a vertical or square shape. If it needs explaining, such as how a treatment works, whether it hurts or which option is better, make a long-form video and cut Shorts from it.
How long can a YouTube title be?
Up to 100 characters, and it cannot contain angled brackets (< or >). The tool keeps each working title within the limit, adds your business name and city only when there is room, and shows the character count. Check the final title with our Video SEO Checker.
How do I add chapters from the outline?
Use the chapter outline as the plan for the video. After you edit it, note the time each part starts and list the times in the description: the first at 00:00, at least three in ascending order, each chapter at least 10 seconds long. Our Description Generator puts them in place.
