Read what the guide says

This is the Creator Media Kit and Rate Card Builder.

A printable media kit, a rate card from your own prices,

a deal tracker and ASCI disclosure checklists.

Fill in your profile, your numbers for each platform and your audience,

or click "Try an example".

Or press Try an example to fill in sample details.

Add your own price for each deliverable, or your own CPM,

plus add-ons such as use in the brand's ads. Then open the media kit and print it or save it as a PDF.

Add each brand deal to the tracker, open its disclosure checklist before you post,

and download the deals as CSV now and then.

It cannot check your numbers against your accounts, so brands may ask for screenshots of your insights.

It runs in your browser, so nothing you type is uploaded.

About the Creator Media Kit and Rate Card Builder

Enter your own numbers from Instagram, YouTube or Facebook insights: followers, average views, likes, comments and shares, your audience's cities, gender and ages, the brands you have worked with and your contact details. You get a media kit to print or save as PDF, engagement worked out with the formulas of our Engagement Rate Calculator, a rate card and package ideas built only from your own prices or your own CPM, and a deal tracker with an ASCI disclosure checklist for each deal and a short GST and TDS note. It runs in your browser, and your details and deals stay on your device.

Your numbers, your prices

The kit shows only what you enter, and engagement is worked out from your own averages: likes, comments, shares and saves per post as a share of followers and of average views. No platform publishes one formula, so these are our measures. Rates come only from your prices or your CPM times your average views; the tool never suggests industry rates.

Disclosure for each deal

For every deal, the tracker gives the label to use under ASCI's influencer guidelines, how long it stays on screen for videos, a line to say and a first line for the caption in English, Hinglish or Hindi, and a checklist. It uses the same rules as our YouTube Paid Promotion helper, adds Instagram's paid partnership label for Instagram deals and the Department of Consumer Affairs' rule for images.

What this tool cannot do

It cannot check your numbers against your accounts, so brands may ask for screenshots of your insights. Deals are saved only in this browser: clearing site data deletes them, so download the CSV. The GST and TDS note covers only what we could confirm on government websites; it is a guide, not tax or legal advice, so check with your CA.

Frequently asked questions

What should a creator media kit include?

Who you are and what you make, your city and languages, your followers and average views for each platform, engagement, your audience's top cities, gender and ages, brands you have worked with, your rates if you share them, and how to contact you. Keep it to one page and update the numbers every month or two, with the date they are from.

How do I work out my rate as a creator?

Our suggestion: start from the time and costs each piece takes you, then look at what brands have paid you before. If you think in CPM, enter your price per 1,000 views and the tool multiplies it by your average views. The tool does not use industry averages: your rate card is built only from the numbers you enter.

Do I need to label a post if the brand only sent a free product?

Yes. ASCI counts free products, discounts, gifts and trips as a material connection, even when the review is honest, and lists labels such as Ad, Sponsored, Collaboration, Partnership and Free gift. Put the label upfront where viewers will not miss it, not only in a group of hashtags or at the end.

Is TDS deducted on free products given to influencers?

A business that gives you benefits, such as products you keep after a post, deducts TDS at 10% of their value once the total from that business crosses ₹20,000 in a financial year. A product you return after using it for the post is not a benefit, according to CBDT Circular 12/2022. From 1 April 2026 the rule sits in section 393 of the Income-tax Act, 2025. Ask your CA how it applies to you.

When do creators need to register for GST?

Under section 22 of the CGST Act, a supplier of services registers once aggregate turnover in a financial year crosses ₹20 lakh, or ₹10 lakh in special category states, and some suppliers must register whatever their turnover. The deal tracker adds up your booked fees for the year as a rough guide. Ask your CA which GST rate applies to your services.
